Loyalty points accumulate on a rolling 12-month calendar. Points older than 12 months are removed, but your tier level itself is protected by the tier protection window (30 to 90 days depending on your current level). This means even if your points balance dips at the start of a new year, your achieved tier remains stable as long as you remain active within the protection window.

Points can be redeemed as bonus credits, not direct cash. Bonus credits carry a 1x wagering requirement — one of the lowest in the industry — making them very close to real cash in practice. Once the 1x wager is completed, the credits convert to withdrawable balance. Redemption rates improve at higher tiers, with Diamond members getting the best conversion rate.
