Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by sport, market, and the player's VIP tier. Standard minimum stakes for sports betting begin at ₱50 per selection. Once a bet has been placed and accepted, it can only be cancelled or voided under the following circumstances: the event is postponed and rescheduled beyond 48 hours; the event is abandoned or cancelled; the market is voided due to a pricing error detected before settlement; or the relevant regulatory authority issues a ruling requiring the market to be voided.
Live in-play betting markets at Jackpot77 are available on selected events. Odds update continuously during live events. You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Your account will be closed within 48 hours of your request being verified. Any real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after the standard KYC verification process.
